How to sign up
Before you join Practice Plan
The day of your appointment
After joining Practice Plan
Our friendly reception team will schedule an initial appointment for you, for a full examination. You can arrange your booking in person or by phone.
If you are a new patient our receptionist will take some personal details in order to register you and may ask you to pay a small deposit to secure your appointment.
On the day of your appointment you may be required to complete essential medical forms before seeing the dentist. The dentist will then carry out a thorough dental health assessment, and will check for dental problems such as caries, plaque, gum health, TMJ (jawbone and joint) issues and oral cancer checks. There is also an option for a free whitening and orthodontic consultation during your appointment. After your appointment, the receptionist can provide you with the paperwork to sign up to our practice plan. These can be filled in at the surgery or at home in your own time.
When all forms for practice plan have been completed and returned to the receptionist, we will handle the rest. Sit back relax and enjoy the benefits of being a practice plan patient.
Conditions: All patients must undergo a full examination before joining the plan. Patients must be on the plan for a minimum of 12months. Anyone who cancels within in the 12 month period must pay back the saved difference on any treatment completed during that time. The worldwide dental scheme responds to request for assistance on a wholly discretional basis.
